Great fit! I own 6 pairs. I brought mediums and larges. I’m a 34 waist but very athletic from waist down (Thick thighs and glutes.) I would recommend a medium if skinny or flat. The mediums fit me great but that is do to the stretch. I can get away with both medium and large. SUPER SOFT! I HANG dry them. They are expensive but worth it, so I hang dry them
